Christmas as a season may be seen or described in so many ways by so many people, based on their religious beliefs.
For the Catholics, it is a season of joy and hope. A season to commemorate the birthday of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Based on the significance the season, the MD/CEO of Odest Global Resources Limited (Operators of Odest Bonded Terminals), Mr. Chidera Sylvester Oganuzor, has extended his Christmas wishes and greetings to the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), ably led by Comptroller General (CG) Bashir Adewale Adeniyi; his numerous clients and management staff.
Oganuzor, who despite his mourning mood over the death of his lovely mother, Ogbuefi (Mrs.) Justina Azuka Oganuzor, who died at the age of 68 years, lauded the tremendous change in the business and activities of the Nigeria Customs Service, under the leadership of CGC Bashir Adewale Adeniyi.
Mr. Oganuzor noted that the lives of so many Nigerians were saved in the last Eleven (11) months, based on several seizures of illicit drugs, arms and ammunition across the ports in Nigeria.
He affirmed that the policy thrust of CGC Adeniyi, which was followed by his area comptrollers and sister security agencies at the ports, made the task easy for the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
While commending the Nigeria Customs Service under the watch of CGC Adeniyi on an improved service delivery and robust revenue generation, Mr. Oganuzor equally congratulated all the newly promoted senior and junior officers of the Service.
The MD/CEO in the same vein, appreciated his numerous clients for believing and relying on their quality service delivery in the last two (2) years and promised to continue to do better in the years ahead.
He equally thanked his management staff for their unwavering support and commitment to ensuring quality service delivery to clients at all times.
Recall that the late Ogbuefi (Mrs.) Justina Azuka Oganuzor (Diamond Mother), mother of Mr. Chidera Sylvester Oganuzor, will be laid to rest on the 27th of December, 2024 in Umunkwocha Village, Oguta, Oguta LGA., Imo State.
