1. Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 ( Alteration ) Bill, 2024 ( HB 1669). This Bill dwells on strengthening the autonomy of the local government system in Nigeria ;
2. Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 ( Alteration ) Bill, 2024 ( HB1671 ) which dwells on the review of the revenue formula of the Federation with emphasis on the future and prosperity of the Oil Producing Areas of Nigeria ;
3. Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 ( Alteration ) Bill, 2024 which dwells on restoring the fullest powers of the superior courts in Nigeria to adjudicate on any subject matter without restrictions ;
4. Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act ( Amendment ) Bill, 2024 ( HB 1670 ), which seeks to provide for State offices and other relevant matters necessary for optimal development of the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria;
5. Niger Delta Development Commission ( Establishment, Etc.) Act ( Amendment ) Bill, 2024 ( HB1673 ) , which seeks to strengthen the Commission and the Region for mutual co-existence, and even development and empowerment of the people of the Oil Producing Areas of Nigeria.

Dibiagwu is the House Committee Chairman of the Ministry of Regional Development, a grade A committee that has resonated greatly in the Constituency and state at large.
Oversight functions have been tremendous as DIBIAGWU continues to doll out financial aids, secure jobs and propagate the entire progress of the Constituency.
Constituency office and briefing have been reinvigorated into the Constituency.
Everything that was lacking in legislation, representation and governance has been brought back to life by DIBIAGWU.
Dibiagwu has demonstrated zest, capacity and capability in the whole of what a lawmaker should be.
The activities of Dibiagwu is a departure from mediocrity, obscurity and down syndrome in representation. He has set a standard that transmits development and hope for governance. At a time when the people lost confidence in representation, Dibiagwu reinvented hope and confidence in the people.
We have never had it this good in the anal of the HYDROCARBON Constituency.
