A freight forwarder and crowned Prince in Ogbakiri Kingdom, Ikwerre Ethnic Nationality, Rivers State, Prince Owen Mekwa, has affirmed that the recent emergency of Chief Hon. Godfrey Ifeanyi Isikaku (Onwa), as the chairman elect of ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter, was a well deserved victory.
The Crowned Prince, who spoke in an interview with Nigerian MomentumNews Online & Magazine on the 15th of February, 2025 at the residence of Chief Isikaku, maintained that Chief Onwa had paid his due in the business of ANLCA over the years, hence the reason he was rewarded with the chairmanship seat of ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter.
Prince Mekwa, who described Chief Isikaku as “a patient dog,” further disclosed that he (Onwa) has the administrative prowess to handle all operational challenges of the freight forwarders with Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), NPA and the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON), among others.
To the chief host of the ‘thank you get together,’ Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku, it was a special moment to wine and dine with all and sundry members of the Progressive Team Initiative (PTI), for their unalloyed support to his candidature and subsequent emergence as the chairman elect of ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter.
While the duo of Chief Obi Chima, Director General, Progressive Team Initiative (PTI) and Chief Maximus Anaba, member of PTI, said that there was no vanquish in the just concluded ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter election, as ANLCA remains one indivisible family.
