Uncertainty no doubt, has become the order of the day in the oil-rich constituency of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency in Imo State.
These suspense and Intriques are not unconnected to the proposed mega empowerment initiative of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, member representing the good people of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
The mega empowerment programme is scheduled to hold on the 1st of March, 2025 at the Headquarters of Oru West LGA, Mgbidi, in Imo State.
In an opinion -sought effort, with respect to the mega event, it was observed that the suspense and Intriques that are associated with the empowerment initiative are basically hinged on: who are the likely beneficiaries, and what and what are they likely to benefit on, among others, have become the order of the day, as the event draws closer.
Despite the suspense and Intriques exhibited by constituents over the mega empowerment, a reliable information from Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu’s Media Team, has it that all the needed items to achieve the purpose of the proposed event by the initiator, Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu, have already been put in place.
This is indeed, a well thought-out initiative by Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, having provided or delivered some infrastructural projects and palliatives in some wards/communities of his constituency.
As it is commonly said that “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” simply means that people must be alive to enjoy the infrastructure or social amenities as being provided them by Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu and the reason to keep them alive, through the mega empowerment programme.
As constituents eagerly await for the outcome of the mega empowerment programme, it is expected that wards and communities that are yet to benefit infrastructurally as pointed out by Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu during his constituency briefing on the 4th of January, 2025 should be patient with him.
It is not in doubt that the Executive Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, who is expected to grace the event with his entourage, will be glad to witness and say that his government of shared prosperity has indeed, been extended to all nooks and crannies of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency, by his humble and obedient lieutenant, Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, at the end of the day.
