Oru West LGA: Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu’s Scent Of Development Envelopes Otulu Communit
In his quest to ensure perpetual infrastructural and human capacity development in the Oil-rich Kingdoms of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency of Imo State; Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, on the 4th of April, 2025, went on project inspection at Otulu Community in Oru West LGA of Imo State.
At the project site where modern and standard 6 class room block, with staffroom, standard principal office , borehole water system with solar power system, school documents stores and standard students toilets, were already under construction by Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, member representing Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru-West Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
While inspecting the projects, Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu said: “The objective of this academic project is primarily to promote and sustain an enabling learning environment for our people, because the solid education system has always been a global channel for bettering any society and I am determined to practically do all possible projects to upgrade our people and environment, as the well being of my people remains my priority.”
This policy affirmation by the Honourable House of Representatives member, practically resonated with the spirit and understanding of the people of Otulu. Strongly put, the people believe in Dibiagwu. It is a direct reflection of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu grassroots politics and leadership.
To the people of Otulu, it was evident that since the creation of the Federal Constituency, they have never witnessed a prominent and people oriented project in the area, until the divine emergence of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu as a representative of the constituent at the Federal House of Representatives.
Overwhelmed by the selfless gesture of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu to ensure quality, conducive and standard learning environment for their children, the people of Otulu passed their vote of confidence on the “Eugene of Imo Politics,” for his exemplary leadership.
The project under inspection will no doubt, stand the test of time after completion and will as well, serve as a center for academic excellence in Otulu and Oru West LGA in general.
While the people of Otulu are highly commended for their show of love, appreciation and support to Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu during his inspection visit to their community it is expected that the scent of Hon. Dibiagwu’s infrastructural and human capacity developments that enveloped Otulu Community for good, continues to engender more in our collective development as Dibiagwu hopes to translate this feat into every communities and wards of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency that are yet to perceive the perpetual scent of infrastructural and humanity capacity development that are going on in the Federal Constituency.
