Today is a celebration of the brightest stars among us – our children! Each of you brings a unique spark of joy, curiosity, and creativity into the world. Children’s Day is a reminder of how important it is to nurture your dreams and let your imaginations soar high.
The best procreation acts by the Supreme Being – God, is testament to the dearest continuity of the human race encapsulated in the children. Therefore, tender nurturing and care are the best gestures that can thrive alongside their upbringing.
As parents, teachers and guidance, it is imperative not to relegate these duties which is the best vocation – of raising the next future in sound minds. Every Nation succeeds based on the quality of children raised afterwards.
Somewhat, it is challenging in our world to raise children in soundness owing to the avalanche of challenges that have greeted our world. However, with commitment, dedication and prayers, we can.
It is ideal to note that, children themselves are challenging in raising or nurturing. They are unpredictable sometimes, their behavioural patterns are intertwined into inconsistency, hence, making the job tedious yet, when this nurturing is pursued with knack, it leaves us with hope of progressive succession.
We cannot take away the smiles that beams from these wonderful creatures, the hope they radiate and the joy that comes from their innocence and dispositions, that, should cloud our position about their being.
As the House Member representing Ohaji/Egbema, Oguta and Oru-west Federal Constituency, it is my pleasure to join our lovely children on this papitious day of theirs and celebrate them.
It is not in appraisal about how committed I have been and remained in ensuring a sound future is secured for all our children. I have continued to provide meaningful support in their education, vocations and growth through countless scholarships, trainings and provisions of enabling environment for their upbringing. I will not stop but continue in the best ways of engaging and enhancing the continued development of our children with other veritable programs so to be engendered.
I encourage them to strive towards excellence in academics, vocations, talents and become progressive ambassadors of our Constituency, state and our dear country at large.
Once more, I particularly wish all the great children of my Constituency both home and in diaspora a momentous children’s day celebration.
