The Overcomers Christian Mission has celebrated its 2025 Men’s Day in grand style.
The event, which took place in the church auditorium on Sunday, 13th July, 2025 at Rumuomoi, PortHarcourt, the Rivers State capital, with the theme: “Triumphing In Christ -2 Corth. 2:14,” was presided over by Rev. Chinedu Mike Daniel. 
Presentation his sermon from the book of Proverbs 20, on the theme: “The Real Man of The House,” Rev. Daniel described the “The Real Man of The House,” as the man that teaches his family the way of God.
Making reference to the books of: Genesis 18:17, 18, 19; Proverbs 13:22 and 1 Timothy 5:8; Rev. Daniel further said that building a fine house or an estate for his family does not make a man the real man of the house, but one that lives a legacy that pleases God.
The Clergy through the books of: Luke 15:20, 21, 23, 24 and Genesis 37; opined that a man who spends so much money to entertain friends outside, but leaves a little cash for his family, cannot be described as “the real man of the house,” but as worst as an infidel.
He, in the meantime, advised all the men in the church, as well as guests, to live alife of integrity, one that every man would desire to live.
Presenting his address, the Chairman of Overcomers Christian Men’s Fellowship, Mr. Eyo Dennis, said that the day’s event provides an opportunity that draws men closer to their God, adding that the man according to the scripture, has been given the authority to triumph over every situation, hence the theme for this year’s celebration.
He used the medium to pray for the youths/children of the ministry, as well as Rev. Chinedu Mike Daniel, his amiable wife, Pastor Mrs.Ngozi Mike Daniel and Pastor Mrs. Ofurum
In his closing remarks, Comr. Magnus Ejiogu thanked God for what he is using Rev. & Pastor Mrs. Chinedu Mike Daniel to do in the church, as well as members of Overcomers Christian Men’s Fellowship, for the successful men’s day celebration. 
He equally appreciated all members of the Mission, particularly the women, and their guests, for their presence and financial support to the development of the Church.
