Anambra Cultural Festival 2025: Chief Isikaku Receives Ambassadorial Award …As Award Recipient, Isikaku, Friends Support AASDU Project

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Godify Group of Companies Limited (Operators of Slot Bonded Terminal), has today, been honoured with an “Ambassadorial Award.”

The event which took place at Anambra House of Association of Anambra State Development Unions (AASDU), Rivers State, today, 17th October, 2025 was graced by men and women from all walks of life.

In his brief address, Chief Obi Iloanusi, the Chairman of the occasion, which will herald the cultural festival scheduled for 18th October, 2025 and titled: “Anambra Cultural Festival PH 2025,” said the event was put in place to honour prominent persons for their various contributions to society and nation at large.

He equally congratulated the awardees for the wonderful opportunity and honour, while the President, Association of Anambra State Development Unions (AASDU), Chief Chijioke Kenneth Ilo, opined that they gathered not only to celebrate individuals or distinction, but to affirm the greatness of their people and the enduring values that bind them together, among others.

Presenting the “Ambassadorial Award,” the Chairman, Association of Anambra State Development Unions (AASDU) Board of Trustees (BoT), Chief Samuel Iwuchukwu (Akudo Nnewi), described Hon. Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku (Onwa) as a “World Wide (WW)” businessman, a proud in-law, and an administrator.

Responding, Chief Hon. Ifeanyi Isikaku (Onwa), the chairman, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Onne Seaport chapter, Rivers State, thanked AASDU for the honour bestowed on him.

In his words: “Let me thank Anambra people for always setting the pace. This award shows that I am a good in-law to Anambra people, and that I am taking good care of my wife.

“Because, you cannot give me an award, if I am not taking good care of my wife. I know you have a project here, and that is why I came with my friends and club members to come and support me,” Chief Isikaku stated.

Some of the personalities that accompanied and supported Chief Isikaku, alongside his amiable wife at the event include, but not limited to: Prince Anayo Onyerimma, Mayor, Prince Elite Club of Nigeria; Hon. Forwarder Dr. Ike Okechukwu Anselm, Chairman, NAGAFF, Onne Seaport chapter; Chief Emeka Nwosu, Chairman, National Chairman, Council of Managing Directors of Licensed Customs Agents, Onne Seaport chapter, Elder Obioma Chigbu, CSO to Chief Isikaku; Mr. Obiora Elochukwu; Chief Ijere Ibiam, Chairman, Abia Freight Forwarders and Prince Udo Onuoha.

Others on the visit include: Prince Emmanuel Nwachukwu echukwu, Prince Sylvester Anele, Chief Prince Collins Balogun Maduka, Elder Ukachi, Chief Obi Chima and Prince Kennedy Uzohuo, among others.
