ANLCA Guest House: Nwokeoji To Perform Official Foundation Laying Ceremony, Says Isikaku

The ground breaking ceremony of the proposed Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) 20 Rooms Guest House and Conference Center may have come and gone, but the official foundation laying ceremony of the project awaits the presence of the National President of ANLCA, Mr. Kingsley Emenike Nwokeoji.

Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony in preparation for the official foundation laying ceremony of the proposed guest house by the National President of ANLCA, Mr. Kingsley Emenike Nwokeoji; the Principal Staff Officer ((PSO) to the National President of ANLCA, Chief Barr. Raymond Onyimba, who represented Mr. Emenike Kingsley Nwokeoji at the event, said he was pleased to witness the kickoff of the proposed ANLCA Guest House of Onne Seaport chapter.

Barr. Onyimba, while performing the ground breaking ceremony expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the fact that Chief Hon. Ifeanyi Isikaku (Onwa) is working in tandem with the vision of Mr. Emenike Kingsley Nwokeoji at the national level.

The PSO, who further described Chief Isikaku as a man that values quality and the very best in every of his endeavours, urged him to ensure the completion of the project in a record time, for the good of all and sundry members.

Responding, some of ANLCA Elders and stakeholders at the event, which include: Chief Tobiaus Ndukwe; Chief Obi Chima; Chief Uche Nwala; Chief Maximus Anaba, SA to the National President of ANLCA on Media and Elder Macson Ukachi Igba, expressed their optimism in the capacity of Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku (Onwa), in carrying out and completing the project in no distant time.

They further prayed for God’s guidance and protection upon his life as the Chairman of ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter, adding that his name will be written in gold in the history of ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter, after the completion of the project.

Speaking at the event, which took place on Friday, 7th November, 2025, at the project site in Onne; Chief Hon. Ifeanyi Isikaku, Chairman, ANLCA, Onne Seaport chapter, recalled his electioneering campaign manifesto, where he made promise of providing shuttle buses for ANLCA members at Onne, to cushion the effect of transportation, which he has achieved, as well as to provide another shuttle bus that will be conveying members from Eleme Junction to Onne Seaport on daily basis.

He opined that the essence of the ground breaking ceremony was to first bring the Elders of ANLCA to the proposed project site to do the needful, while expecting the presence of the National President of ANLCA, Mr. Kingsley Emenike Nwokeoji in a month time, to perform the official foundation laying ceremony.

He disclosed that the official foundation laying ceremony will provide an opportunity for the invitation of ANLCA and other relevant stakeholders in the maritime sector, and beyond, to be part of the event.

Chief Isikaku equally used the medium to call on the site engineer, to ensure that everything is put in place, before the arrival of the National President of ANLCA, Mr. Emenike Kingsley Nwokeoji for the foundation laying ceremony.
