The Publisher of Nigerian MomentumNews Online & Magazine, a PortHarcourt based maritime and other contemporary issues publications, has congratulated Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Acting Deputy Comptroller (DC) Adam Bello, who is the Acting DC Enforcement at the Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone “C” Owerri, Imo State.

The Publisher’s message of congratulations is necessitated by the Customs officer’s appointment as the Director of Sports, Gombe State Sports Commission, Gombe State.

Comr. Elumezie recalled that the athletic prowess of Acting DC Bello which gained him an automatic promotion by the Nigeria Customs Service then, as well as flying the Nigerian flag high in the field of athletics during several competitions at home and at the world level, will continue to speak volumes of his God-given talents in athletics and career as a Customs officer.

The maritime media publisher further disclosed that the wealth of experience of DC Bello was brought to bear in the just concluded 1st Under 17 North-East Athletic Championship, Bauchi 2025, where the Gombe State Athletes under his watch, won 11 medals during the boys and girls competition.

He equally used the medium to commend the Gombe State Athletes at the Bauchi 2025 boys and girls competition, which include: Isaac linga, Catherine Kimenson, Abdullahi Adamu, Danladi lamech, Abdulrazak Adamu and
Elisha Kengs; for their impressive performance at the just concluded maiden competition.


Comr. Elumezie in the meantime, urged the Customs officer to continue to take advantage of his several laurels and other recognitions received locally and internationally, for the good of his state and the nation in general.

He was optimistic that the appointment of Acting DC Bello in two national committees of the Nigerian Athletic Federation, will spur him to do more for the people of Gombe State and his father land, Nigeria.


The Publisher equally enjoined him to continue to work in tandem with the Policy Thrust of the CGC, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, MFR, who has currently been elected as the Chairman of World Wrestling Federation.
