In every successful endeavor, certain persons or instruments are identified as special vehicles for the realization of such success or breakthrough. This remark reflects the individual and group contributions in the success stories of my emergence as a candidate and the winner of the election leading to my inauguration as a member of the 10th Assembly of the House of Representatives representing the Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta/Oru-west Federal Constituency. 
The leadership of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in the three Local Government Areas of the Federal Constituency played super symbolic roles in coordinating the activities of the political party for uncommon results.
In the wisdom of the handlers of the campaign for my election, certain persons were selected for the excellence associated with the success of the project – PROJECT DIBIAGWU 2023. These individuals were thereafter considered and appointed as the heads of the Campaign Committee as the DIRECTOR GENERAL and DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL with others known and empowered as Coordinators.
These cream of personalities were exceptional pivots in mobilizing both human and material resources for the success stories and generational results.
Today, We are gathered to promote and celebrate the drivers of the success stories of the Project Dibiagwu in 2023. A great generational accomplishment is recorded today in the epochal empowerment programme for the three Local Government Areas APC Chairmen as well as the Director General and Deputy Director General of the Campaign Committee.
This empowerment programme covers the three Local Government Areas of the Federal Constituency through the Chairmen of the APC and the Apex leadership of the Project Dibiagwu 2023 Campaign Committee. A total of four Toyota Corolla cars and a Toyota Highlander Jeep(full option) for the Chairmen and the Deputy Director General as well as the Director General respectively. This is a grand fulfillment of one of our cardinal campaign promises in 2023.

As We continue to celebrate, may We remain in the consciousness that our success stories hinge on the continued mercy of God through Jesus Christ continually as the continued support, encouragement and guidance of the Executive Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, The Distinguished Senator Hope Odidika Uzodimma, CON. As a general, mentor and leader, the Governor has excelled in revolutionizing governance beyond the state dimensions adjudged incredibly superb.
Wishing ourselves safest journey back to our destinations, I enjoin others yet to receive their rewards and benefits, to remain prayerfully hopefully. We are unrepentantly on course in pursuing development and distributed empowerment. This is a renewed covenant with the people yet again today.
