Governor Hope Uzodimma
I warmly congratulate His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON, Executive Governor of Imo State, on your well-deserved appointment as Secretary of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 presidential election. This appointment is more than a campaign role. It is a profound national assignment and a clear vote of confidence in your political judgement, organisational capacity, loyalty to the progressive cause, and proven ability to build bridges across the country.
Serving under the leadership of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and alongside the Director-General, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, and other distinguished members, you will be at the heart of the machinery to drive the APC’s nationwide campaign, sitting at the intersection of political coordination, administration, communication, mobilisation and implementation.
Your experience as Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and as a two-term governor uniquely positions you to harmonise governors, party leaders, elected officials and grassroots structures. A campaign of this magnitude demands discipline, planning and seamless execution, and your track record reflects the organisational temperament required to translate vision into results.
As a fellow son of Imo State, and the representative of Ohaji-Egbema/Oguta/Oru West Federal Constituency, I am particularly proud of this appointment. It is an honour to you, to Imo State, and to the entire Southeast. I have no doubt that you will bring to this assignment the same dedication, political maturity and commitment to results that have defined your service as a Governor.
