The Catholic Church of Epiphany, Obi Wali road, PortHarcourt, the Rivers State capital, was the meeting point for parishioners, relatives, colleagues, friends and well wishers, as the gather to celebrate with Mr. & Mrs. Peter Anto Yohanna.
Rev. Fr. Simeon Ayaraekpe
One of the high points of today’s mass celebration was the formal dedication of Baby Jonathan Gwazashim Peter to God, which was done by the parish priest of the church, Rev. Fr. Simeon Ayaraekpe.
Shortly after the dedication mass, which started at 9:00 am today, the 27th of October, 2024, members of Catholic Men Organization (CMO) of the Catholic Church of Epiphany, proceeded to the residence of one of their own, Mr. & Mrs. Peter Anto Yohanna for a reception in honour of their dedicated son, Baby Jonathan Gwazashim Peter.
Members of the Church of Epiphany CMO were led to the reception by its Chairman, Engr. Festus Neboh and the General Secretary, Barr. Samuel Anyaehie, among other Exco members.
The CMO members were lavishly entertained by the young couple, Mr. & Mrs. Peter Yohanna, who gladly received them in their home.
