An Egbema born politician and SA to the Executive Governor of Imo State on Palm Plantations, Hon. Gideon Meffor, has felicitated with Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu on his 53rd Birthday Anniversary.
The former Ohaji/Egbema LGA boss, who spoke yesterday at the residence of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, member representing Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta and Oru West at the National Assembly, described Hon. Dibiagwu as the most accessible federal house of representatives member from the constituency.
Hon. Meffor, who further described Hon. Dibiagwu as a political bulldozer and the only politician that ran an election without being indebted, added that his representation has been a source of joy and hope to his followers.
In the same vein, Hon. Williams Ejiakor, one of the chairmanship aspirants in the recently concluded LGA election in Oguta LGA., Imo State, described Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu as one of the best politicians he ever met in his political career, as an Agwa politician.
He opined that knowing Hon. Dibiagwu as a selfless, focused and visionary leader, has been a source of inspiration to him, and his kind prayer that God will continue to guide and move him to his expected political destination.

of Niger Delta), has congratulated the member representing Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency, Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu (Ozuruigbo), “The Eugene of Imo Politics” on the Occasion of his 53rd Birthday celebration.
Chief Adonis, who described Hon. Dibiagwu as good and vibrant boss, who is determined to set a standard at the National Assembly.

He, in the meantime, wished Hon. Dibiagwu a happy birthday and many more years in good health and fruitfulness.
Responding, the duo of Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu and his amiable wife, respectively expressed the love and care that they have for each other over the years, and prayed God to guide, protect and continue to keep them alive to fulfill their God-given destinies.
While commending and appreciating his political supporters at the in-house birthday celebration, Hon. Dibiagwu said that he was born on the 24th of December, 1971, adding that he has ever remained faithful in God.
In his word: “Let me thank you for your prayers and finding me worthy to represent you. I want to assure you that I will never disappoint you. The Lord has been faithful to me over the years, not because I am beautiful or the most intelligent, but because of his grace.
“I have never been to a native doctor since I was born and that is why I keep telling those around me to always put their trust in God. I told God to take my life, any day I visit a native doctor, but the truth is that I had three (3) covenants with God, and he has been helping me to keep the covenants.
“Some people go to the National Assembly to represent themselves. Some will say that the National Assembly is for law making and not for projects, but I want to prove some people wrong.
“Currently, I have Ten (10) ongoing road projects in Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta and Oru.
“I have a twin six (6) classroom blocks with water borehole and a generating set project in a secondary school in the constituency. I am going to do something that my supporters and I will be able to point at, during the 2027 electioneering campaign,” Hon. Dibiagwu assured.
On the issue of Agwa road, which was presented by Hon. Casimier Ohamara, an APC Chieftain in Agwa, Oguta LGA, Imo State, Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu acknowledged that the road has already been captured by the NDDC, promising that the priority of the road is more important to him than Agwa people.
Dibiagwu further disclosed that Agwa road is an important project to the people of Ohaji, Egbema, Oguta and Oru, as well as Assa-Court Area road.
The House of Representatives member further promised to meet with the state governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, who has earlier promised to fix the road for the people of Agwa.
