The Youth leaders and CDC leaders of Ekinigbo Clan, ably led by its President General, Comrade Amadi Hachikaru Clinton Oleme, have paid a courtesy visit to Distinguished Senator Noble Wonukwuru Chukwumati, an illustrious son of Ikwerre Nation and a proud Son of Rumuigbo, at his residence.
The visit, according to the President General was aimed at expressing the youths’ collective respect, loyalty, and solidarity; while as well, seek for his fatherly blessings, mentorship, and advice in driving a new era of unity, peace, and development across Ekinigbo communities.
During the interactive session, Senator Noble Wonukwuru Chukwumati warmly received the delegation and commended the youths for their sense of responsibility, maturity, and strong commitment to building a better community.
He equally offered prayers for divine wisdom, direction, and courage; while urging the youths to always lead with humility, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve the people.
The Distinguished Senator reminded the delegation that Rumuigbo remains a strong and strategic force within the Ikwerre ethnic nationality, describing it as “the cradle and beginning of most political struggles that shaped the identity and progress of the Ikwerre people.”
He further encouraged the youths to uphold this legacy through unity, visionary leadership, and continuous dialogue that promotes peace and inclusiveness.
In his response, the President General of Ekinigbo Youths, Comrade Amadi Hachikaru Clinton Oleme expressed his deep appreciation to the Senator, for his warm reception, fatherly counsel, and constant support for community development.
He reaffirmed that the youth leadership will continue to recognize, honour, and align with his office, seeing him as a mentor, guide, and inspiration for purposeful leadership.
Delivering the closing remark, Comrade Amadi Hachikaru Clinton Oleme, the Mgbu-Adu Youth President, expressed profound gratitude to be among the delegation that paid such a significant and honorable visit.
He described the moment as one of reflection, learning, and inspiration, noting that “it is a rare privilege to sit before a man whose life and contributions embody true leadership, humility, and service to humanity.”
