It is evident that the management and business of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone ‘C’ Owerri, have received tremendous boost under the control of a quintessential Customs Area Controller (CAC).
The emergence of Comptroller Bishir Abdullahi Balogun as the Controller of FOU Zone ‘C’ Owerri, Imo State, has indeed, repositioned the management and business of the Unit, in line with the Policy Thrust of the CGC, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, MFR, that is hinged on: Collaboration, Consolidation and Innovation.
